To keep items looking their best, hand wash in warm water with mild soap, re shape and air dry. Do Not use a vacuum, use of a lint roller is recommended. Some rugs may contain small parts such as small buttons, not suitable for younger kids. Use a non-slip backing for rugs when using on a hardwood surface.
