SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS using regular ground mail or Local pick up in the Buffalo area, please select an option at checkout.

Please allow 2-8 weeks for items to be made and shipped. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to items being personalized and cannot be re sold, but please let me know if you have any concerns.
